If you are the team owner, or have the related permission, you can use /team <ally/enemy> <add/remove> team

Players from allied teams can talk in their dedicated channel using /ac <message>

Alliances

If 2 teams are both set as Allies, PvP between their members is restricted

2 Teams are considered allies only if both set the other one as ally
